The Coimbra Super Special Stage is set just over the bridge from the old historic town of Coimbra.
Accessing the stage from the old town across the Pont de Santa Clara bridge presents somewhat limited viewing. The ground is flat and there are large crowds, so getting a good view is very tricky. There are also large fences along the side of the stage which futher hinder the viewing.
There is a grandstand opposite which offers better viewing although the stretch of road it is on is not particularly impressive.
For a town spectator stage, Porto Foz offers much better viewing
