The 91st Monte Carlo rally 2023 retains its traditional place on the 2023 wrc calendar as the first round of the 2023 Championship. For the second year in a row, it is based in Monaco with the service park in the glamourous harbour area and the starting ceremony outside the iconic Monte Carlo Casino.
